1. Firstly, season and grill chicken wings in the oven. As a professed #ChickenLover I say whenever in doubt always cook your protein first!

2. Dice and boil your plantain and potatoes

Plaintain can still be delicious and amazing whether it’s fried, roasted or boiled.



5. Cook in a pan tomato sauce with your roasted chicken wings

6. Add the slightly roasted potatoes/plaintain to the pan and allow to cook

7. Serve and eat!
