Cooking with Mo: One Pot Plantain & Potato Recipe

A quick and easy recipe if you need lunch/dinner ideas.

1. Firstly, season and grill chicken wings in the oven. As a professed #ChickenLover I say whenever in doubt always cook your protein first! 

2. Dice and boil your plantain and potatoes

Plaintain can still be delicious and amazing whether it’s fried, roasted or boiled. 

3.  After boiling your potatoes and plaintain add your seasoning to your carbs and mix it.

4. Place seasoned carbs in the oven until slightly crispy

5. Cook in a pan tomato sauce with your roasted chicken wings

6. Add the slightly roasted potatoes/plaintain to the pan and allow to cook

7. Serve and eat!
